Delivery Policy
Upon successfull conclusion of the financial transaction, your goods will be dispatched
within 2 days. Barring a shortage of stock, which you will be notified about, you should
receive you order witin 14 days from conclusion of the financial transaction.
All deliveries will be via the South African Postal Service and Postnet and all your goods will
be dispatched in a non descriptive package as to save you from embarrasing moments. This
is in line with international shipping policies.
Regretfully, only South African citizens resident within South Africa is eligible to place orders
and thereby receive ordered goods..

What is your return policy?

For the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers – and because of the intimate nature of the products we sell – we cannot return or exchange any purchases unless these are defective. This means that products* designed to come into contact with any body part or body fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable:

If a product is damaged in transit, or an incorrect product has been sent,

Payment Options
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept Direct Deposit
and EFT Transactions as well as credit card transactions. A 5% levy will be charged on all
credit card transaction.
